What We Offer

Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

This program is available to Ashtabula County low income residents over the age of 60. Each month pre-registered individuals will receive a 40 – pound box of food consisting of fruit, vegetables, peanut butter, cereal, shelf stable milk, cheese, and pasta. Monthly income guidelines for a household of one is at or below $1,580 or a household of two $2,137. Contact us at (440)437-6311 for more information.

Country Neighbor Food Pantry

Generally, Country Neighbor serves individuals in need of food assistance residing in Windsor, Orwell, Colebrook, Wayne, Williamsfield, New Lyme, Rome, Hartsgrove, Trumbull Township, Morgan, and Roaming Shores. The food assistance program is based on need. The food pantry is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Special arrangements are available if necessary. Onsite Served Meals

Hot meals are served at the both the Orwell and Andover centers for anyone regardless of age or income. Orwell serves Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Andover center serves Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at noon.

Country Neighbor Christmas Holiday Baskets

Annually, Country Neighbor assists individuals and families in need of holiday food and toy baskets. We also partner with individuals or groups interested in donating or adopting a family. Call our office at (440)437-6311 and ask for Kristina for more information.
