Country Neighbor Program, Inc. is a multi-purpose community center providing a focal point for services and programs which empower individuals and families as they strive for a dignified, independent quality of life. Our service area consists of Ashtabula and northern Trumbull Counties.
We are a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, incorporated in March of 1981. We provide home delivered meals, onsite dining centers, transportation to medical appointments, personal care, chore/homemaker, supportive services, emergency food/utility assistance, children’s summer meals sponsor, education/wellness program and activities.
Programs are available to anyone on a non-discriminatory basis, in-home or at one of our centers located in Orwell, Andover, and Kinsman.

Both Country Neighbor and the Trumbull County Transit operates its programs and services to comply with all the legal requirements of federal and state laws and regulations as they pertain to individuals with disabilities. If state laws and federal regulations are contradictory, the federal ADA regulations prevail. The transit system provides quality transportation services without discrimination to all persons including individuals with disabilities. Discrimination on the basis of disability against any person by transit system employees will not be condoned or tolerated by either Country Neighbor or the Trumbull County Transit .
