• Both Country Neighbor Program, Inc., and the Trumbull County Transit operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Country Neighbor if they are an Ashtabula County Resident or the Trumbull County Transit , if they are a Trumbull County resident.

Both Country Neighbor and the Trumbull County Transit operates its programs and services to comply with all the legal requirements of federal and state laws and regulations as they pertain to individuals with disabilities. If state laws and federal regulations are contradictory, the federal ADA regulations prevail. The transit system provides quality transportation services without discrimination to all persons including individuals with disabilities. Discrimination on the basis of disability against any person by transit system employees will not be condoned or tolerated by either Country Neighbor or the Trumbull County Transit .
